This year was the 25th anniversary of the KICKS 105 McDonalds Big Bass Splash. Larry McNeese of College Station was the winner taking home 0,000 in cash and prizes. If you missed the action, check out the pictures and we hope to see you there NEXT year!!

KICKS VIP Loretta Medley of Nacogdoches was the KICKS 105 winner of the Summer Showcase which included a five-thousand dollar prize pacakge pictured with Loretta are Danny Merrell from KICKS and Ed from Baskins Department Store.

This is a picture of Spc. Stephen V. Burns jr, he is in the 101st airborne divison currently in Bagdad. The first picture is Stephen on guard duty at FOB justice. The second picture is of Stephen and General David Petraus as Stephen was promoted to Spc. he also received an award called the generals coin from the general after being shot in the shoulder on July 11th. The award is for combat excellence. Stephen is scheduled to come home in January. Congrats Stephen, we're all proud of you!

For the eleventh straight year KICKS 105 has hosted a radio-thon with St. Jude Children's Research hospital.

The KICKS McDonalds Big Bass Splash was a smash with Jacob Afemon from Rosenberg, Texas taking home the winning weight of eleven pounds, three ounces. Kevin Fowler performed for the crowd after the weigh in to a packed house in Jasper, TX.
